AALL Customer Service Presentation

I had a great time presenting “Excellent Customer Service in the Law Library: Hold the Pickles” at the AALL 2011 Annual meeting in Philadelphia. The feedback I’ve received has been extremely positive, and it’s gratifying to know that law librarians are just as interested in customer service as librarians in other fields. Thanks, also, to Kelly Browne at the Sacramento County Public Law Library for being my hardworking co-presenter and helping to apply my wacky ideas to law libraries.
