This webinar was excellent. I enjoyed learning a lot of new things. I think that she should have one more category in her customer service: 50/50 – 50% already known and 50% learn through seminars and other events.

Never been to a conference before let alone a webinar. This was very informative and enjoyable to listen to. To be able to attend instead having to travel some place to attend the seminar was an added bonus.
Sure everyone has heard everything they need to know with customer service but I think there is nothing wrong with being refreshed with a new concept such as this.
